The refund offer reflects what that data tells us. We want couples committing to a meaningful course, not hedging with a single bottle. The offer takes the risk off that commitment — if you fall pregnant before finishing the supply we recommended, we’ll send back the cost of what’s left.

How to claim
Once you’ve confirmed pregnancy, contact our customer care team. We’ll send return instructions and process your refund on the unopened, unused bottles you return.
Return window
You can claim a refund up to 9 months from your original order date. Refunds go back to the same payment card you used. If more than 120 days have passed since purchase, we’ll issue your refund by cheque.
