Our Pregnancy Refund Offer is a refund policy on unused product, not a guarantee of conception. If you or your partner become pregnant before finishing a 3 month or 6 month supply of FertilitySmart, we will refund the cost of the unopened, unused bottles. Individual results vary, and supplementation is one of many factors affecting conception. This offer does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Why we offer this
Reproductive biology takes time. Sperm production runs on an approximately 75–90 day cycle, and follicular maturation runs on an approximately three-month cycle. For that reason, most couples take a fertility supplement for at least three months before reviewing how they are getting on. Our 3 month and 6 month supply options are sized around those timeframes, so the supply you order matches the typical period most couples take the supplement.
If pregnancy is confirmed during the supply period, you should stop taking Conceive For Women and switch to a dedicated prenatal vitamin under guidance from your healthcare provider — Conceive For Women contains chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus), which is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The Pregnancy Refund Offer is there so you are not out of pocket on the unused portion when that happens.

How to claim
- Email customer service. Send a short note to customerservice@fertility-smart.net with your order number and confirmation that you would like to claim under the Pregnancy Refund Offer.
- Return the unopened, unused bottles. Our team will reply with the return address and any short form they need from you. You don't need to return opened or partially-used bottles — only the unused portion is eligible.
- Receive your refund. Once the unopened bottles arrive back with us and are checked, we refund the cost of those bottles to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Qualifying conditions
- Claims must be made within nine months of the original purchase date.
- Only unopened, unused bottles are eligible for refund. Opened bottles are not eligible.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at purchase.
- This offer is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (14 days from delivery, see Shipping & Returns) or your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
